Committing via log causes hidden progress dialog

- Open top-level Git log
- Right click on "Working dir changes" then "Commit..."
- Make a commit
Would expect to see a dialog with information about the commit in progress. Instead, the dialog hides itself behind the commit dialog, and you have to alt-tab in order to bring it to the top.
Instead, the dialog should appear on top of the commit dialog.
