In Rebase Dialog, ask user to retry failed git checkout and git reset

By @ch3cooli on November 06, 2012 14:25 (imported from Google Code)

Files in the repository may be locked by other processes.
So git checkout / git reset may fail to write / delete files.
But if git checkout / git reset fails in Rebase Dialog, the user cannot continue, must press "Abort" to quit and then start another rebase operation.
Rebase can be painful if there are many conflicts. It is better not to require the user to do it again just because of a sudden git checkout / git reset failure.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
