Changed Files Dialog cannot show icons as folder for submodule

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Find a repository that has submodule
  2. TortoiseGit -> Diff with previous version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Icon for submodule is folder
Actual: Icon is unknown file

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.14
Win 8 x64
