Implement a Goto-Line dialog in TortoiseMerge

Goto line function has been implemented in current version of TortoiseGitBlame, but not in TortoiseMerge of TortoiseGit

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.14
