Allow to show log of other branches if current HEAD points to an orphan branch

By @ch3cooli on October 20, 2012 16:02 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Create a new repo, do not commit
  2. Add remote
  3. Fetch
  4. Open Log Dialog
    or
    git clone --no-checkout
    or
    git checkout --orphan

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: can show log of other branches
Actual: cannot show log other branches

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.14
