Indicate dirty state in Submodule Diff Dialog

Current submodule diff dialog cannot tell the submodule dirty state.
I suggest to add "-dirty" at the end of the hash and highlight in yellow.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
