The only available remote should be set on PUSH

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. try to push, click okay
2. observe "error" Remote name must not be empty.
3. notice that you have only ONE remote and you have to select this remote several times per each day. It makes no sense to not to do it automatically.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
destination -> remote should be set to the only available remote or to the last used remote.

What version of TortoiseGit and msysgit are you using? On
what operating system?
1.7.12.1/1.7.11/Win7x64enterprise
