Preparing for git 1.7.12 new config file location

I found this new features in git v1.7.12-rc2 release notes

Per-user $HOME/.gitconfig file can optionally be stored in
$HOME/.config/git/config instead, which is in line with XDG.
The value of core.attributesfile and core.excludesfile default to
$HOME/.config/git/attributes and $HOME/.config/git/ignore respectively
when these files exist.

If, finally, the formal version of git v1.7.12
and msysgit v1.7.12 include these features, the new paths should also be considered.
