Paths in Windows Explorer changed to all lower case

By ha...@lindestaf.com on July 10, 2012 05:53 (imported from Google Code)

It seems that intermittent when I pull/commit the path in Windows Explorer is changed to lower-case. I've seen this, but I haven't narrowed down the exact steps. It seems to be related to my paths some-how. The path I have is:
C:\Projects\TheProject\src\ASolution\

and after I do some GIT commands it changes to:
C:\projects\theproject\src\asolution\

which is very annoying, but also seems to confuse Show Log sometimes. Sorry for the vagueness, if this is not something someone else sees or knows about then I'll try to get exact steps figured out. I have it on several machines and on version 1.7.10 and earlier (not tested with later yet). This is on Windows 7 64-bit.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
