Adding non-versioned files from the commit dialog does not always work

By sergio.na... on July 05, 2012 10:46 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open the commit dialog
  2. Highlight then right click on some unversioned files
  3. Click "Add"

NOTE: this is more likely to happen if there is a large number of unversioned files and/or a large number of unversioned files are highlighted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: All non-versioned highlighted files should be marked with status = "added"
Instead: The list of files in the commit dialog is refreshed, but the highlighted unversioned files remain unversioned.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.11.0
git version 1.7.11.msysgit.0 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin)
Win 7, 64bit
