cannot diff renamed files with Revision Diff Dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Launch Log dialog
- Choose any 2 commits that have renamed files
- Diff the commits, a diff dialog will show
- Double click renamed files to launch TortoiseMerge
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
TortoiseMerge should show both files correctly.
But it says "Can't open file"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.10
Win 7 x64

But if you double click renamed files in Log dialog directly, it works
