What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Just updated from 1.7.9 to 1.7.10
2. When i start 1.7.10 it crashes directly
   3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I thought i get a nice gui. Instead i get a windows error message saying that the application crashed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.10, Win7 x64
