Tags with non-ascii name can't show.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.use createTag function, enter a tag with non-ascii chars in it's name.
2.use TortoiseGit-> showlog, the tag can't be seen.
3.use cmd git tags, the tag can be seen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
showlog dialog can correctly show the tag name.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
msysgit 1.7.10
TortoiseGit 1.7.9, release version.
