What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Clone a project on windows 64 bit
2.Ans i get this error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

git did not exit cleanly (exit code 128)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS Win 7 64 bit
TortoiseGit 1.7.8.0
