Stairs in log view

By uksu... on March 12, 2012 08:44 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Commit only into "topic branches".
  2. Merge these branches into master with "No Fast-forward" option.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that log view should display these branches with the same horizontal indent, each under other. Instead, TortoiseGit increases indent of the previous merged branches so that it looks like stairs. Screenshot attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64
TortoiseGit 1.7.7
