No right-drag context menu

By e.cuni... on December 14, 2011 10:02 (imported from Google Code)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Create and commit 2 folders "a" and "b" with any file in
  2. Right-drag folder "a" to folder "b"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting some "Git move" options but I only have Windows standard options

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TortoiseGit 1.7.6.0
git version 1.7.5.GIT
Windows 7 64bits

Please provide any additional information below.
Picture attached. Do not take care of icons, folders had been commited but Windows still gets time to refresh them.
