Switch and Create Branch drop-downs only display 25 items

On the Switch and Create Branch Dialog boxes, the drop down elements for
selecting branches or tags only display 25 items. This is a woefully
inadequate number, especially for long standing repositories. Generally,
many branches and tags are created over time. Please set the drop down to
not have a limit with regards to the number of items that can be displayed.
