Vulkan Wine with libstrangle

Starting any wine programs with libstrangle worked right up until updating my system last night, it now freezes before showing any games/winecfg/dxdiag.exe

Works fine when running strangle 30 glxgears

I'm using Nvidia Vulkan drivers with Wine and DXVK, the games / cfg / diag show up fine when removing strangle from the start commands.

Any further information i can provide please let me know, any help would be very much appreciated
