[Overlay] Apply overlay to Vendor Buyback tab and preview on Merchant tab
What is the enhancement in mind?
Add the overlay to the Vendor Buyback tab and the Merchant buyback preview (last item sold)
Details
Currently the preview does not show any icon.
The Buyback tab shows the same icon as the corresponding item on the Merchant tab
Ex. In the image the item in the Buyback tab is Learned, but the overlay shows Not Transmoggable because that is what the Ring in the Merchant tab is.
