[Other Addon] Try to show CIMI icons on default AH after switching from TSM window
TSM hides the original AH window (#221 (closed)), but does let you switch back to the default UI. However because the window didn't exist the first try, CIMI cannot create the icons on the default AH, so it has to be closed and re-opened for CIMI icons to show in the default AH.
The enhancement would be to try and respond to the TSM Switch to WoW UI button press as if it were AUCTION_HOUSE_SHOW.
