Reduce wasted space on short toots in Compact mode
When comparing Tusky and Fedilab it appears that while Fedilab uses smaller fonts and displays more information, the way the information is formatted in the UI leads to it take up more screen real-estate even in Compact mode than Tusky does normally.
The main kind of content that is affected by this is shorter length toots which under Tusky start inline with the poster's avatar. Short-Medium length content seem about the same on both apps and Long content (or content with media) is usually shorter on Fedilab than it is on Tusky.
Potential solutions for this issue could be either adjusting Compact mode to make better use of real-estate on the start of every post to accommodate short post timelines (Like how Tusky inlines the Username/@Address/Timestamp and then the first line is on the bottom half inline with the avatar), or make a super-compact mode that goes above and beyond to maximize screen real estate.
