HP4: Line verticalizer needs mechanism to adjust line length

Users currently have to tie a knot at the verticalizer. To adjust the line length, the knot must be redone.

We'd much rather have a mechanism where users can secures the line end, and adjust the line length, with an allan key. Something similar to a guitar tuner screw or the bracket corner brace tighteners: IMG_4267_2
