Adding report upload for mobsfcan

To complete the issue created in the TBC MobSF repo. I created a variable called DEFECTDOJO_MOBSFSCAN_REPORTS and added the code lines that allow the DefectDojo template to select the correct parser for the report generated by the new job in the TBC MobSF template (mobsf-code job that runs mobsfscan).
