Ability to list all current projects

This would be a simple list subcommand, that would list all the projects existing on disk.

For example:

$ ct list -p # -p for projects (just as an example)
Projects:
- ct ----> Time spent: 8h7m6s
- npp ---> Time spent: 9h8m7s
- imgui -> Time spent: 2h1m0s
