Regular tasks for Canvas synchronized groups

Currently task creation (or editing) is not supported for Canvas synchronized groups, since synchronization is mostly one way from Canvas to TMS.

However, it would be beneficial if teachers could create new tasks in these groups. These tasks would be regular tasks, without Canvas synchronization, with all features enabled (grading, version control, etc.) Only the tasks in the Canvas tasks would be synchronized.

This way it would not be required for teachers to create additional groups for non-Canvas tasks, typically on exams.
