make standup text configurable

Together with the ability to choose your own avatar, customizing the question text allows a team to give their standup bot its own flavor. For example:

Pirate:

Arrrhhh, whatcha been doin since yesterday?

California cool:

So, what have you been upto dude?

Butler:

I do beg your pardon, but would you mind terribly telling me what you did yesterday?
