TMM not pulling any data from IMDb
🐞 Bug Report
🐛 Summary
TMM not finding any search results when attempting to scrape IMDb music videos, which I have verified are listed on IMDb.
Example: "The app crashes when exporting a file with special characters in the name."
📈 What is the expected behavior?
I have used TMM Pro to scrape metadata for over 1,000 music videos from IMDb in the last week and it has worked as expected.
Example: "The file should export correctly regardless of filename characters."
🧐 Actual Behavior
Today, TMM shows "No results" when attempting to scrape music videos, many of which I have verified are listed on IMDb.
Example: "The application closes immediately without saving the file."
♻️ Steps to reproduce:
-
Open TMM Portable (default settings) with IMDb set for the movie database scraper.
-
Once I can see the videos in Source, I choose 'Search and scrape" on one of the videos and in the search window that appears it shows "No results".
-
Even if I limit the search to just the band/artist (which has help me find some that were oddly named), it still shows "no results".

💡 Additional Context
Since TMM had been scraping metadata from IMDb as recently as yesterday (March 5) and my config hasn't changed, I tried the troubleshooting steps of first, restarting TMM, then restarting the machine. I also installed TMM on a second Windows 11 machine but get the same results. The attached log file is for Disturbed: Unstoppable (2023) that is listed on IMDb (tt28186083). Thank you so much!
