Tags overwritten with "Do not overwrite existing data"

What is the actual behavior?

• When using the scraper "fernsehserien.de", and I check the box "Do not overwrite existing data", but it removes all of the existing Tags from each movie

What is the expected behavior?

• All existing metadata is preserved and the existing tags for each movie either stay the same, or new tags are added to existing tags.

Steps to reproduce:

• Add metadata to a movie like "Corsage (2022)" with a Scraper like IMDB or TMDB which adds tags to the movie.
• "Search & Scrape" the same movie again, set the Scraper to "fernsehserien.de" and check the box "Do not overwrite existing data"
• Click "OK"
• The movie should have a new ID, "fernsehserien: filme/germanmoviename", and the tags are removed.
