Only shows url actor images not downloaded ones

For some reason, when you scrape actor images, the spot where the actor image is supposed to go only shows images that have been scraped with a URL. It doesn't show the pre-downloaded images that are stored locally in the .actors folder, showing a blank image instead.

Could you please fix this so it shows the local actor image first, then the URL version? This would prevent the user from accidentally trying to replace a downloaded actor image that is already stored in the .actors folder and ensure the local image is displayed properly if its possible.
