[UI] Use preferred image size sort option

What TMM version are you using?

Version 5.1.5 nightly

What is the actual behavior?

Image sizes are mixed, and it is a terrible waste of time to have to go through all of them to select the desired ones.

What is the expected behavior?

1. To have a persistent option to choose the order in which images are displayed:
   largest (e.g., 1280, 1920, 2160, etc.) → smallest (e.g., 1280, 1920, 2160, etc.).
2. To have a persistent filter for size, allowing users to set a threshold so they don’t have to scrape all images.
3. To have a persistent filter for language(s), ensuring users don’t have to scrape all images.
