Add SubDL as a new subtitle source

Subscene is now dead, but SubDL seems to have succeeded to its entire library and more.

Kodi already has an add-on that supports the site.

Can tmm add this site as a new subtitle source too?

Since their API has a daily limit of 2000 calls, I guess users would be expected to obtain their own API key and use it.
