Option to disable Kodi-style folder excludes

As per #53 (closed), TMM excludes folders containing a .nomedia file from its scanning, just as Kodi does. I can see why that might be useful, but in my case it is actively unhelpful: I have folders I am excluding from Kodi by using .nomedia files, but that I do want TMM to scan. Can we get an option to disable this behaviour?
