File naming convention not being consistently adhered to

What tinyMediaManager version are you using?

What is the actual behaviour?
When scanning new media or renaming existing media the naming convention is not being applied consistently.

Some movies (existing and new) and corresponding files including the NFO and images are named using old settings however some are named using the new naming convention.

Please see attached screenshot. Captain Philips is scanned and named correctly. Wold War Z is named using old settings.

What is the expected behaviour?

All files should be names using the new naming convention.

Steps to reproduce:

Either: Search and scrape selected movies (force best match)

or

'Rename and cleanup selected movies'
