Temporarily using send.vis.ee as host

While Firefox Send is down (see #100 (closed)), ffsend will be using send.vis.ee as default host from v0.2.65 and onward.

send.vis.ee is a temporary public instance I am hosting myself on a separate server, this ensures ffsend keeps working as expected.

If you're suspicious regarding security, note that Send uses end-to-end encryption so this isn't a real concern. See security.

When Firefox Send is back up again, the default host will be switched back.

Please understand that this host has limited resources, to limit runtime costs. I might take it down at any time. I will try to keep it alive up to two weeks after Mozilla's Send is back online again. It is hosted in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), so people from the USA might experience higher latency. If you're experiencing issues with uploading through ffsend, please check if you're rocking the latest available version. I may block suspicious IP addresses.

Hosting this isn't free. If you'd like to show your support for this, please consider a donation: https://timvisee.com/donate
