Don't titlecase abbreviations

When I posted this topic about HTTP/3, the "HTTP" part got titlecased into "Http", which is ugly. Same with many other abbreviations, such as TCP or JSON. This was apparently done in #227 (closed), and I don't think this was the correct solution. I think that that change should either be revised, or there should be a "white list" of abbreviations that don't get the titlecase treatment.

Edit: It's even worse with Cyrillic. It simply converts all of it to lowercase.
