Add the ability to publish a topic later

IIRC, LiveJournal and some other blogging platforms have a feature where you can write a post and schedule it to become published later. Some email clients also have a "Send later" functionality. I was thinking if this could be interesting for Tildes? Some applications I can think of:

  • Daily/weekly/monthly threads planned ahead.
  • Grace period to decide if you actually want to post the topic and if you want to rephrase stuff.
  • "Self-rate-limiting" by scheduling something interesting to be published later when you have already posted several topics.
