With the addition of the first stage of community moderators, a topic log now exists that tracks changes to topics as made by those with permission to do so. It'd be nice to have this be extended to topic creators in being able to edit their titles after submission. Both the log and the higher-permission users would stand in to prevent bait-and-switch style manipulation.
