For reposts, link to previously submitted topics comment sections in the newly resubmitted topic's "link information"
There is a link to previous posted topics in the repost warning message, but if the user opts to resubmit the topic again, having a link to the same in the new topic itself would also be nice, so that people can read the previous conversations on the topic.
