Since the Javascript causes the site's theme to change, if it executes slowly we can see the site load as white initially before it changes. This should make it so that it executes earlier - placing the script tag as the first thing inside the body, and also taking the theme-switch out of a window.onload event so that it will run immediately.

This redoes the HTML and CSS of the Docs and Blog sites so that it uses the main site's stylesheet instead of having its own separate one. This also allows the theme set on the main site to transfer over to the Docs and Blog. Note that there is currently no method of switching theme here, but if you do it on the main site it will be able to be in effect here as well.

Someone pointed out to me that using "Spectria" so prominently here is a little confusing, so I think it's better to just switch it to "Tildes".

Now that the source for the Docs and Blog are available on GitLab, we can enable these links so that people can see the edit history for particular pages and blog posts.

One of the provisions in the GDPR (Article 8) is that the "age of digital consent" was raised from 13 to 16 by default (though member states can choose to set their own, not below 13). Because of this, we need to change the minimum-age wording a bit to exclude people that live in countries that have a higher minimum age.
