Fix requiring and including files to work relative to source caller

This makes the tests pass again.

Still working on how to make this smoother for newcomers. Tests can be run from the root with composer test --working-dir=vendor_bundled. I'll update the Unit Tests docs once I have my account approved on tiki.org. More changes coming, waiting for some information.
