[ENH] Tracker Force Fill Feature should not show feedback that tracker item is saved because it's out of context and weird

So, when using the https://doc.tiki.org/Force-Filled-Tracker feature, and after filling in the form in the Force Fill dialog, the user sees at the top of the page a message "New tracker item xxx successfully created". We find this absolutely unnecessary and confusing in this context as the user might not even know what trackers are. Moreover, after filling in what the user is asked to fill in, the dialog disappears and doesn't appear again, so it's obvious it's done. So the behaviour in this case should simply be to suppress that feedback.
