Commonmark attributes extension plugin
Description
This is patch to add webuni/commonmark-attributes-extension extension to the Tiki's Markdown plugin.
I've modified Tiki's Markdown plugin to enhance its functionality by enabling to use 'webuni/commonmark-attributes-extension' along with 'thephpleague/commonmark' parser.
In order to make it work I did increase required level to 1.0.0, although at the moment commonmark parser is at v1.1.2.
