[EHN]PDFPage plugin introduced, to create more powerful pdf documents. The plugin can override master pdf settings including orientation, margins, page size, watermark for single page on fly. 

Three new options added in pdf settings and pluginpdf to switch on/off wikipage title in pdf, add watermark text and watermark image.
