Add feature suggested by RFE 919670. When enabled, consecutive lines of plain Wiki text will be surrounded by HTML paragraph tags, rather than separated by explicit line break tags at the end of each source line. Also, changed some old HTML tags to XHTML compatible form and fixed a bug that prevented lists and div's from being properly closed out when a ...page... marker was encountered.
