security timeout: Add a jquery method to show the security ticket timeout dialog clicking any input form element if the check-timeout class is added to the form element. Previously users were only notified upon submit, which could have been after significant work on the form. Probably won't work on forms on tooltip popups and maybe other popups, but less of an issue there.
