[FIX] areas: Revert r46064 (allowing paths to be appended on domains for multi-domain) and use $tikiroot or the request_uri instead to work out the path when switching areas.
Also use any domain to be assigned to the default perspective 0 in order to leave areas with "share common" turned off (thanks marclaporte)
