[FIX] calendars: Multiple fixes for timezone issues, especially when using datetime pickers and display_timezone eq Site
Correct event start/end times when saving, and when creating new ones, and when creating recurrent events by reverting r67823 and doing all the calculations in UTC (still incorrect when crossing daylight savings times, but better than before)
