[bp/r66027][FIX] Reverting r65662 (merge of r65661) and related r65602. The headers option was overriding the class settings (settings can be made either way, but only one method should be used and the code has been set up to use classes). Not sure what this was trying to fix but report any remaining issues and I will look into it. Also removed old tablesorter code in tiki-jquery.js that was involved with these commits.
