[FIX] replace 'old' getFile call now that htmlMimeMail is no longer in the code so that attachments work - still need to resolve the call to setSMTPParams which is also in htmlMimeMail - although just commenting it out does seem to let everything work :-)  but needs more testing before backporting to Tiki 14 & 12
