Error on executing some Tiki Manager Instance commands

When trying to perform instance detect in console, after selecting an instance, it show errors:

Unknown option: -C
  usage: git [--version] [--help] [-c name=value]

             [-p|--paginate|--no-pager] [--no-replace-objects] [--bare]

On execution of instance maintenance it showing error : Not enough arguments (missing: "status").
